Shri Jagadguru Kripalu Ji Maharaj Ashram

The Holi Festival at the ashrams of Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj, including Prem Mandir Vrindavan, Bhakti Mandir Mangarh, and Kirti Mandir Barsana, is a vibrant celebration of divine love, joy, and spiritual devotion. Known as the Festival of Colors, Holi at these ashrams is not just a cultural event but a spiritual celebration that embodies the teachings of Kripalu Ji Maharaj on love, bhakti, and surrender.

During Holi, devotees from all over the world gather to participate in traditional rituals, kirtans, bhajans, and devotional programs, immersing themselves in the ecstatic devotion (premanand) of Radha Krishna leelas.

The ashrams are beautifully decorated with flowers, rangolis, and vibrant colors, creating an atmosphere of joy, devotion, and divine energy.

Jagadguru Kripalu Ji Maharaj emphasized that Holi is a celebration of love beyond boundaries, ego, and material attachments, teaching devotees to express unconditional love and joy for God and all beings.

The festival embodies Radha Krishna’s divine pastimes (leelas), where devotees play with gulal (colored powders), sing Kripalu Ji Maharaj’s bhajans, and dance in divine ecstasy.

The Holi celebrations at Prem Mandir Vrindavan are particularly spectacular. The temple complex comes alive with devotional music, bhajans, and kirtans, as devotees chant “Radhey Radhey” and “Shyama Shyam” while celebrating with colors. Kripalu Ji Maharaj’s compositions, such as Prem Ras Madira, Bhakti Shatak, and Radha Govind Geet, fill the air, guiding participants into deep devotion and spiritual joy.
